Rio123 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

The use of any service on rio123 — including Sports Betting, casino games, slots, roulette, jackpot and crash games — constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all supplementary documents referenced throughout this text, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Rules.

The following actions are the sole responsibility of the account holder:

The rio123 may adjust odds at any time before an event begins. Bets already confirmed are not affected by subsequent odds changes — the amount wagered and the odds recorded at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.

• Connection failures on the user's end that result in a lost game session;

The maximum liability of the rio123 under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the relevant event.
